ON A SIDE NOTE:
We the people of the United States are celebrating 244 years as a nation, and I pray all who come here today, and those who are citizens of the United States of America will remember the God of this nation. He is the Creator of all that is, the seen and the unseen.
I thank Him for His word, and His work in this nation and the nations of this world. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins, and He died on that cruel old cross, was buried, and He came out of the grave alive. The only hope for the U. S. of A. and any nation is to turn from your sins and rebellion against God and His word, and trust the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, Lord and God.

“……Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: for that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD: they would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.
For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” Proverbs 1:28-33 (KJB)
