He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall surely come to want.  Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge. For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.  That thy trust may be in the LORD, I have made known to thee this day, even to thee.  Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge,  That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?

And in that day thou shalt say,

“O LORD, I will praise Thee: though Thou wast angry with me, Thine anger is turned away, and Thou comfortedst me.
“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; He also is become my salvation.  Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.  And in that day shall ye say, ‘Praise the LORD,’ call upon His name, declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted.
“Sing unto the LORD; for He hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.
“Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.”

“Doth not wisdom cry, and understanding put forth her voice?
She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
