What do I want for Christmas?
I want to always recognize and know that the LORD is the owner of all that I possess, and that I am only a steward of the things in my care; that I may be found faithful.

The Fire and Hammer 
Never a truer word was spoken. And I am so happy you chose this one because I am retired and don’t get much money on Social Security and SSI , so times are always hand to mouth. Therefore I sometimes feel sorry for myself and feel the difficulty of attempting to stretch what I do have and contribute my portion of all the bills. I live with my baby sister and her husband and pay my portion of the bills. That does not leave much and I have often had to fight my more rapacious needs and consider whether or not I can “afford” to tithe. Of course the smart path is to pay that tithe first and them figure out what else I can do. So I would appreciate your prayers on my behalf. I know the truth in my mind and heart but still it is sometimes a spiritual battle that fortunately I usually win (my better self). Please pray for me and my financial needs and my hart issues.
