Day Two Hundred Ninety and Eight

What do I want for Christmas?

Since the last Sunday of March is the annual day of celebrating Easter or Resurrection Day; I want every Christian, and all people to realize that we celebrate His resurrection every Sunday, every Lord’s Day, and that it has been said, “Easter is the exclamation point to ‘Merry Christmas'”.

“Jesus is risen.  He is risen indeed.”

“But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”” Matthew 28:5-7 (NKJV)

  1. What wonderful words, “He is risen, he is risen indeed.” That is what it is all about. He is Risen from the grave and He is victorious. We are the victors when we pout our trust in Him and live your lives for Him every day, not just CE’s who only who show up on Christmas and Easter. Lord deliver us from a world of CE Christians who make a “show” two days a year and think that is all that is required to be called a Christian. Wake up and smell the coffee, you of such meager faith! Come see me when you get a chance. jlehman1945
