Come to Jesus for Rest

“I thank Thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because Thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.  Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in Thy sight.  All things are delivered unto Me of My Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him.  Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”  ~Jesus (Matthew 11:25-30)

  1. There are three prime spiritual factors forthcoming in these words of Jesus 1) The revelation of the Arc of the Covenant to the Prophecy of Prophet Jeremiah in 2 Maccabees 2) 2) Enter ye into the rest of the Lord (that which was denied to Israel due to the transgression of the covenant, reported by Prophet Elijah at Horeb & later witnessed by Prophet Ezekiel to the departure of the Glory from the House 3) Joy (in its fullness) is standing in the presence of the Lord.
