Prophets Speak – Christmas Day One Hundred and Sixteen

What do I want for Christmas today?

I want any pride or arrogance in me to yield allegiance, faith and life to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; and that I might never forget that the Almighty GOD is the One who holds my life’s breath in His hand.

“…But you his son, Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, although you knew all this. And you have lifted yourself up against the Lord of heaven. They have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your lords, your wives and your concubines, have drunk wine from them. And you have praised the gods of silver and gold, bronze and iron, wood and stone, which do not see or hear or know; and the God who holds your breath in His hand and owns all your ways, you have not glorified…” Daniel 5:22-23 (NKJV)

  1. That was wonderful and I love it when you give me a “nugget” of His Word that touches me with power. Thank you for your wonderful gift that you share with all of us who are reading your words and to our God who blesses you with this gift and your obedience to follow His leading. I know you are richly blessed. jlehman1945
