Day Three Hundred and Twelve

What do I want for Christmas?

I want to better understand Freedom; especially the liberty Christians have in Jesus Christ; and I want all to understand that Freedom/Liberty is not free from responsibility.

Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NKJV)

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” Galations 5:1

  1. What a wonderful topic, Freedom. He does promise this to us but, of course, there are restrictions and we must be aware that we cannot limit another person’s freedom. But some I believe, are earned and others freely given. This is a solid topic to research. I feel sure you have probably already done that. You are such a perfectionist. and I really admire you for that as well as your authority and wisdom when discussing His Word.and the content of God’s Word. That is why I love to see what you are discussing Very often at my church, The Current, in Plano, Texas our pastor seems to be on some of the same wavelength that you are on. I learn so much and want to learn even more. I am working on new blog and it will be up soon. jlehman1945
I want to thank you for supporting my venture. I so enjoy telling stories and am old enough to have a rather large amount of events and experiences, activities, education. and locales. I just pick a name and then God leads me to what the story will be about. I follow His lead and I have a great deal of fun writing it . Now I need to stop feeling that the response to it is somehow a judgment of my ability to tell the story. It is rather like having a party and inviting people to come and no one shows up or maybe one or two. But I also know that God chooses those whom He believes will gain something from the reading of it. and I very much appreciate you for taking time to read my work.
If you have any suggestions I would welcome them. I am always open to reflective criticism. Well I have probably taken enough of your time so until tomorrow, have a joyful night and morning. jlehman1945
